Why Danada Fall Festival?
Forest Preserve’s largest *free* event of the year includes a ton of activities for young kids and adults – wagon rides; haystack playing areas; ranger adventure station van showcasing *actual* wildlife skins, feathers and fossils; mobile food vans with diverse cuisines; elaborate horse shows and demonstrations in the outdoor arena; barn tours; and so much more!
All this at absolutely no charge for the visitors, kudos to Dupage Forest Preserve. Donations welcome!
This is a must-visit especially for families with young kids!

There is enormous parking facility at the entrance with many volunteers guiding the visitors.
A volunteer was blowing some humungous bubbles, grabbing attention of all the kids.
Ranger adventure station had many touch-and-feel real wildlife exhibits.
Including hides of all kinds..
We attended the 11 AM early horse show as well, fun and engaging!
If it’s fall, there has to be pumpkins and haystack!
