How to Plan your visit?

• For accommodation, we stayed at Drury hotel which had ridiculously high ratings which made us curious. And we loved every bit of our stay. The rooms were a bit dated but the hospitality was top notch! Free breakfast and 2 free drinks for each guest every evening (along with some snacks), working pool and hot tub – overall, the sky-high ratings seemed apt for once!

• Choose your activities and places to visit. we did following in couple of days: Parthenon museum (full scale replica of Greek museum), Centennial park (with surprise Taylor Swift artifact), Broadway Street (better known as Honky-Tonk Highway), Nashville Hot Chicken at Prince’s Chicken, Assembly Food Hall.

• Other notable mentions: Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival, Country Music Hall of Fame Museum, River Front Park.

Road Trip From Chicago

Chicago to Nashville is about 500 miles and takes around 7-8 hours.

We left in the morning and reached late afternoon.

Tip: Nashville is a great stop-over destination as well. You can quickly visit Parthenon museum at Centennial park & Broadway Street area in the evening and head your way the next day.
